I will be forever grateful to Kate Bingham for the extraordinary care, expertise, and thoughtfulness she brought to the sale of our family home of 40 years. Following my parents' passing, preparing the home for its next family felt like an overwhelming task, especially while balancing a full-time job and family responsibilities. I hoped to find a real estate agent who not only understood the local market but could also guide me through the process with experience and compassion. Kate exceeded every expectation. From our very first meeting in my family’s living room, her warmth, confidence, and can-do attitude immediately put me at ease. She anticipated challenges before they arose, offered thoughtful guidance every step of the way, and made an emotional process feel manageable. What truly sets Kate apart is the incredible team of local resources she has built and the seamless way she coordinated every aspect of getting the house ready for sale. The level of organization, professionalism, and care that she and her team brought to the process was remarkable. What could have felt stressful and unmanageable instead felt purposeful and achievable because Kate was leading the way. When she handed me a beautiful memento book of the house after closing, it perfectly reflected the care she had shown from beginning to end. Kate transformed what could have been a stressful and bittersweet experience into a meaningful and memorable transition. I cannot recommend her highly enough and will always be thankful for the kindness, dedication, and expertise she brought to helping me close such an important chapter.

We had an outstanding experience working with Alex Jowdy and the rest of the Jowdy Group team. From the beginning they were professional, responsive and incredibly knowledgeable about the market. They not only assisted us on the sell side, but on the buy side as well. What really stood out was their attention to detail and dedication. Whether is was scheduling showings or answering our many questions ( and there were many) or helping us through negotiations, they made everything feel smooth and manageable. We always felt like a top priority and they stayed on top of every detail. We haven't moved in 23 years and there were many more details and laws that have transpired over the years and they were on top of it all. One of the biggest surprises that we were grateful for was the list of professionals they use, that they gave us access to. From Cleaning Professionals, Fire Alarm companies, Moving companies, Junk removal People, Attorneys and a Handy Man that took care of so many things - It certainly took so much stress off our plate. My wife and I met with several realtors and after meeting with the Jowdy group we knew we had our team to sell our family home of almost 60 years. They were professionals with a sense of humor that helped make the process more relaxed. The plan they presented was honest and straight forward and worked very well. The thing we liked best is they act as a team and you work with all of them. Their communication was great and they made sure we understood ever step of the process. Even when we hit a snag with with a buyer they worked through it and got the deal done. We used several of their free services that others don't offer and was very happy with the results. They have everything you need for companies to help you through the whole moving process and their recommendations were spot on. We can't say enough great things about our entire experience. If your selling you need to use the Jowdy Group!!!!
