My wife and I met with several realtors and after meeting with the Jowdy group we knew we had our team to sell our family home of almost 60 years. They were professionals with a sense of humor that helped make the process more relaxed. The plan they presented was honest and straight forward and worked very well. The thing we liked best is they act as a team and you work with all of them. Their communication was great and they made sure we understood ever step of the process. Even when we hit a snag with with a buyer they worked through it and got the deal done. We used several of their free services that others don't offer and was very happy with the results. They have everything you need for companies to help you through the whole moving process and their recommendations were spot on. We can't say enough great things about our entire experience. If your selling you need to use the Jowdy Group!!!!

Alex, Josepha and their team were absolutely amazing to work with! Selling our home was a huge (and emotional) step, but they made the whole process feel so much easier. Alex was super patient, never pushy, organized, and always willing to help with anything we needed.

He really knew the market and priced our home perfectly—it was only on the market for four days, and we were very happy with the offer we got. The Jowdy Group is amazing. They sold our house in Milton for $41k over asking price...!!!...and that was the least impressive part of working with them! It would be hard (if not impossible) to find a group more dedicated, hard working, organized (!), and knowledgeable than this group. From day 1, they made us feel comfortable with the whole process, provided detailed summaries of every step, and then proceeded to execute each step to perfection. They set up the photographer, stager, and open house in less than two weeks (!) and the house was sold that same weekend (with multiple offers). It was clear throughout the process that they were not just focused on getting us the highest amount of money, but that they wanted to guide us through to a completed close with the right buyers. Alex and Josepha are one of a kind...knowledgeable, kind, smart, experienced -- everything you want in a superstar agent team. Denise kept the process smooth and easy throughout -- super organized and proactive every step of the way. I cannot say enough good things...I don't normally write reviews, but I couldn't pass up the opportunity in this case. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone I know selling or buying a home in MA. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. They are the best.
